Please use the form below to request your prescription refill or food item. Prior to filling your request a staff member may contact you to confirm your order; we will then contact you within 24 hours when your order is ready to be picked up.

Please note: Many prescriptions require pet’s to be examined prior to dispensing, this ensures that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is appropriate for your pet’s current condition. Due to California state law all pets must be current on an annual exam in order to fill any prescriptions.

When you come to pick up your prescription, we ask that you park in the public parking lot (police lot) on Center St. then call us to confirm payment and then come to the front porch to pick up your product. Please leave the back lot for scheduled appointments.
