We appreciate your interest in becoming a client with us. We want you to know we take COVID precautions very seriously and we all wear masks and wash our hands regularly, as well as disinfect the hospital multiple times throughout the day.

***At this point our new client appointments are being booked 3-4 weeks, unless there is an urgent need, we can see about accommodating an appointment sooner. New client appointments generally take 1 hour. A receptionist will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule an appointment.

Here are a few things you should know if you would like to move forward with booking an appointment. We are allowing one client into the hospital for Doctor appointments. All other appointments and pick-ups are still done curbside. When you arrive, please call in and let us know you are here. The receptionist will ask for which spot number you are parked in, (there are numbers on the wall) and ask you to enter through the front door. If you are feeling under the weather or have been around someone sick, please let us know so we can do curbside or have you wear a mask.
We also require a deposit for the cost of the exam to schedule a new client appointment, this is refundable if the appointment is rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of your appointment if you reschedule less than 24 hrs or no show that deposit will be forfeited.
