We appreciate your interest in becoming a client with us. We want you to know we take COVID precautions very seriously and we all wear masks and wash our hands regularly, as well as disinfect the hospital multiple times throughout the day.
***At this point our new client appointments are being booked 3-4 weeks, unless there is an urgent need, we can see about accommodating an appointment sooner. New client appointments generally take 1 hour. A receptionist will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule an appointment.
Here are a few things you should know if you would like to move forward with booking an appointment. Due to COVID-19 we are still doing curbside service, this means that Clients are NOT allowed in the hospital for any reason. When you arrive, please call in and let us know you are here. The receptionist will ask for which spot number you are parked in, (there are numbers on the wall). When the Technician is ready they will come out and get your pet. Once your pet is in the hospital the DR will call you to discuss your appointment after they do a physical exam on your pet. At that point they will discuss treatments and an estimate and we will go from there with doing what was discussed with the Dr. After that is completed, we will either call you or have the attendant charge you out and then we will bring your pet out to the car with your receipt and any medications that we discussed. This protocol may change depending on the weather.
We also require a deposit for the cost of the exam to schedule a new client appointment, this is refundable if the appointment is rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of your appointment if you reschedule less than 24 hrs or no show that deposit will be forfeited.
